Schedule Your Post

FOR YOUR BUSINESS PAGE

If you manage a Facebook Page, scheduling is built into the app.

Steps:

  1. Open the Facebook app.

  2. Switch into your Page profile (tap your profile icon → select your Page).

  3. Tap Create Post.

  4. Write your post, add images, etc.

  5. Tap the three dots (•••) or Scheduling option near the post settings.

  6. Select Schedule Post.

  7. Choose the date and time you want it published.

  8. Tap Schedule.

📌 The post will automatically publish at that time.

You can also schedule using the Meta Business Suite app, which many creators prefer because it shows all scheduled posts in one place.

FOR YOUR PERSONAL PAGE

Scheduling may appear on personal profiles only if Professional Mode is on.

Steps:

  1. Go to your profile.

  2. Tap Create Post.

  3. Tap the three dots (•••).

  4. If available, tap Schedule Post.

  5. Choose your date and timeSchedule.

📌 If you don’t see the schedule option, your profile likely does not have Professional Mode enabled, or the feature hasn’t rolled out to your account yet.
